It takes between 6 and 8 years to make each bottle of Frerejean Frères Brut Premier Cru, and at least 8 to make a vintage cuvée.
ProductsWe take the time...
The quality of a refined and elegant champagne, is reflected in the amount of production, the mode of production and the addition of chemical compounds. The reality is that mass production causes the finished product to lose its quality. Experts say that a quality champagne must mature at least four years. Well, at Frerejean Frères, maturation takes between six and eight years.

Why Finegrapes?
The fine grapes, coming from the old” vieilles vignes”, ninety years old, completely define the character of this champagne.
The provenance of these Noble cuvée, the Grand Cru village of Avize, which lies between the vineyard hills of Côte de Blancs, Champagne.
The limestone soil of the area is responsible for the production of the prestigious mineral that gives a special touch to the Chardonnay wine. Also, the soil is worked using only traditional methods.
Finegrapes Principle
Producing champagnes with traditional craftsmanship and rigorous expertise. They are made up of wines with character, produced only Premier Cru and Grand Cru.
Champagne is turned over by hand several times a day as it ages.
The added sugar content is minimal, it is added only in the final stages, so that the taste of the soil is not altered. Also, the minimum addition of sulfites is extremely small.
